1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and oobet ("oobet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at oobet.bio, including all associated games, services, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration & Verification

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible, with the account suspended pending investigation.

The oobet platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (₱). oobet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals for verified accounts; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges. For cryptocurrency transactions, network fees (gas fees) are borne by the User.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

oobet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Detection of bonus abuse may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

5.4 VIP Program

oobet's five-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) awards loyalty points on qualifying real-money wagers. Point accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and redemption values are published in the VIP Program Terms. oobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the oobet Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

6.2 Random Number Generation & Fairness

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oobet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the oobet Platform — including but not limited to the oobet name and logo, game titles, software, graphics, text, designs, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of oobet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the oobet Platform without prior written authorization from oobet.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by oobet

oobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where oobet reasonably suspects or determines that the User has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provided false or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7;
• Created a risk of legal, regulatory, or reputational harm to oobet;
• Acted in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your oobet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of a final KYC review. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Language

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

14 Amendments

oobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, oobet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
